Meeting Spaces

Here at Western, we have a variety of spaces to best suit your conference needs. Whether you are planning for a conference, workshop, or meeting we offer a variety of room types and capacities. Our meeting spaces include:

  • Lecture style rooms or flat floor spaces for 20-500 delegates
  • Meeting spaces in academic and residence buildings for breakout rooms/lounges
  • Classroom spaces with fixed or moveable furniture, theatre or classroom style seating all located near campus amenities
  • Audio-Visual and technical equipment may be available including whiteboards, lectern, motorized screens, blackout capabilities, video-data projector, rack computer with USB port and network connection, VGA laptop connection, DVD, and sound system

Please note that not all classrooms are available during the Conference Season (May through August). All conference and meeting spaces must be booked through Conference Services during these months.
